She attributes her success to the support and belief of close friends, colleagues and family. She also credits her passion for working with children and always wanting to give them unique experiences; and remaining team-focused.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she has had 20 years' experience working in summer camps in the U.S. and in the children's services sector in Australia. "I realized that there was something missing in the current offerings for Australian children. I started this company based on the knowledge that I could provide new experiences and lasting memories to these children; where they and their families are the true focus, and that it's not all about the bottom line," she said.
